If I were asked what my favorite destination for a travel where the aim is to relax, let’s call it a standard vacation, then my answer would surprise you. Well it wouldn’t at this point really because you have already read the title of this article. Vineyards are my thing if I want to travel to rest and take a breather. Let’s talk a little bit about why that is.
Relaxation at the vineyard – my favorite is the wine
Vineyards are my favorite places to visit if I’m trying to relax because they are usually surrounded by greenery, mountain tops, and of course let’s not forget about the wine. Traveling for the sake of adventure will take you through similar places, but then again it can take you through deserts, sand, stripped naked landscapes, and that’s the gamble that we make when we choose to be adventurers.
However, if I’m trying to relax, I’ll book a trip to a lush green vineyard, preferably in the south of France, but it can be anywhere really. I get a cozy little room, in a house that’s beautifully built, and I just soak it all in, and again, let’s not forget about the wine. So if you are trying to relax, and you’re a hardcore adventurer like me, I highly recommend that you book a quite, cozy little vineyards. Week or two weeks there, with you loved one, or your pet, will recharge your batteries for sure. Do you have a different preference? What’s your poison?
